Terms of use

Effective October 19, 2026

Acceptance

These terms of use govern Interval on the web at interval.cards, the Interval app for iPhone and the Interval desktop app. They are an agreement between you and Tidy Machines LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). By using Interval you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Interval.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Interval for its intended purpose. The Interval app for iPhone is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add the rules for your Interval account and the service, and do not change that license.

Your content

The cards, notes and media you add or import stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy and process them only as needed to run Interval for you, such as syncing them between your devices. You are responsible for having the right to use what you import, and for keeping a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; export is available in Settings.

Paid plans

Interval does not take payments today. If features are offered as Interval Pro later, the price, billing period and what the plan includes are shown before you pay, and a change to a plan does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Interval, interfere with its security or availability, access other people’s accounts, or copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the software except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

Availability and disclaimers

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. If we decide to shut Interval down, we will say so on interval.cards before it closes and keep export in Settings working until then. Interval is provided as is and as available, to the fullest extent the law permits. Review scheduling is a study aid; it does not guarantee any result on an exam or in learning.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, or a consumer right, that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise. We may revise these terms; a material change is posted on this page, with a new effective date, before it applies. Questions go through the form at https://interval.cards/support.
